What phone model will be ideal?

Fortunate enough for you, majority of all phone models work! 

Your phone is required to be atleast 4.5 - 7 inches. 

If you have a magsafe, lucky for you the MagneMount magnetic wireless car phone holder is compatible. If you do not have a magnetic case, the package includes 3 magentic rings that you can place on the back of your phone. 

Please keep in mind that the wireless charging feature is ONLY compatible with wireless charging phones. If you are unsure, please email us or even a quick google search will do the trick. 

Can I alter my order?

Unfortunately, your order cannot be altered after you have purchased it. PLEASE take your time when ordering and ensure that what you have selected is what you intend to buy.

How long does it take for order to arrive once shipped?

Order will typically be processed within 1-3 business days - We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP. Please note that on Public Holidays delays may occur. 

Once the order has been dispatched, delivery time will vary depending on the location and the presence of COVID-19.

If the item is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item you will be able to apply for a refund, however, we will not accept returns. Instead, you can choose to keep the item or discard it in an appropriate and environmentally friendly way. 

Refunds/Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving the item you will have 30 days to file a refund if the item is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item. Physical evidence (photo) will need to be provided before a refund can be processed, as well as a copy of your invoice within 30 days from receiving the product. 

Refunds will not be accepted for a customer that has accidentally purchased the wrong size or if the customer has changed their mind after purchasing the item. Please take caution in ensuring the item/s that you select is what you intend to purchase. For example, the colour or size is correct and the item/s that you have selected is what you intend to buy.
